A Perfect Hawaii Wedding will provide wedding services for the Bride and Groom named on the Contract. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. All prices are subject to change without notice. Once A Perfect Hawaii Wedding has received 50% of the stated amount on your proposal, your prices and services are confirmed.  COORDINATION SERVICES: It is always the intent of A Perfect Hawaii Wedding to work diligently to ensure that each event proceeds as directed by the Bride and Groom. If however, for reasons beyond our control a situation occurs which prevents A Perfect Hawaii Wedding or its agents from performing or executing services originally agreed to, A Perfect Hawaii Wedding will not be held responsible. Unforeseen circumstances include inclement weather conditions, inadequate quality of goods/services provided by client contracted vendors, and misconduct. A Perfect Hawaii Wedding reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at all times. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Confirmation Deposit:     A 50% deposit is required to confirm your services. If you should request additional services, deposits for those services will be required. Final Payments: The remainder of the balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your Event. Services requested within two weeks of your Event: All services requested within two weeks of your event, are charged an additional 20%. A Perfect Hawaii Wedding will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes within the two week period cannot be guaranteed.  Full payment will be due prior to confirmation of those services. Services requested on day of Event: If additional services are requested on the day of your function, A Perfect Hawaii Wedding will charge the remaining balance to the credit card on file. If no credit card is available, payment is due upon completion of your function. CANCELLATION POLICY: Within 90 Days of Event: A notice of cancellation must be made in writing to A Perfect Hawaii Wedding. Cancellations made within 90 days of the Event will receive a refund of all monies paid, less a $500.00 non refundable administration fee. Cancellations made thereafter will forfeit all monies and full payment will be due as agreed.
